WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU - BRING YOUR OWN MAT

  • MAT - Your own personal yoga mat
  • Comfortable yoga attire, wear something that you can move freely in
  • Water Bottle
  • Small towel, in case you need to dry off
  • Post yoga snack, so you are good if you hit a sugar low
  • An open mind & a positive mindset, often we try something new and it's not easy and we think it's not for us. Remember the master fails a million times more than the beginner tried.
